Spec Suite Fitout

Velcon Group was engaged by JLL to design and construct a new Spec Suite at Spring Street, Sydney.
The space had been vacant for approximately a 12-month period without being tenanted.

Project Description
After the initial design meetings were held with all stake holders, the proposed spec suite final design was completed by the engaged design team, and authority approval were received, the Velcon Group team commence works on site.
The fitout included full services alterations to suit the new office layout, construction of new plasterboard and glazed partitions creating various office spaces, meeting rooms and open workstation areas.
A new kitchen / break out area was created with new appliances and seating for the future staff.
Workstations were installed in clusters of 6 with new filing cabinets, chairs and file storage units throughout.
A large conference room was created with a large TV screen for meeting with the associated audio visual and projector facilities.
Painting works were also completed with various painted feature walls.
New flooring finishes were installed throughout the entire floor including a vinyl plank floor to the new break out area.
