Velcon Group successfully delivered a high-quality commercial fit-out to Level 23 of Governor Phillip Tower Building for Dexus, transforming the space into a modern, functional, and collaborative workplace environment.

The project included the construction of new offices, meeting rooms, a breakout area, and open-plan workspaces, complemented by bespoke joinery, feature finishes, and upgraded building services. Works incorporated new mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services installations, together with contemporary lighting solutions, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, and comprehensive painting throughout.

Careful planning and coordination ensured the fit-out was delivered efficiently within an occupied commercial building, minimising disruption to neighbouring tenants while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship. The completed space provides a premium workplace environment that aligns with the client's operational requirements and corporate identity.
